PUBLIC SERVICE ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through publicservicecoffee.be, why we collect it, and what rights you have.

  • Any information you include in your message (e.g. event date, location, service of interest)‍ ‍

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools on this site, and we do not collect any other personal data automatically.

‍ ‍

Why we collect it‍ ‍

We use this information only to:‍ ‍

  • Respond to your enquiry

  • Discuss and organise bookings or services you've requested (weddings, festivals, markets, pop-ups, corporate events, residencies)‍ ‍

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and/or Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Who we share it with‍ ‍

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data passes through:‍ ‍

  • Squarespace, Inc. — our website and form hosting provider, acting as a data processor. See Squarespace's Privacy Policy for details on their own processing.‍ ‍

We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA except where Squarespace's infrastructure requires it, in which case Squarespace's own safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

How long we keep it‍ ‍

We keep enquiry and booking-related data for as long as needed to fulfil the request and for a reasonable period afterwards (up to 2 years) for follow-up and record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting obligations).

  • Correct inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data
